Harvey Duncan was born on July 22, 1949 from the union of Emmette Duncan and Essie Mitchell in Troy, Alabama.  Harvey excelled in school, eventually earning his Bachelor's Degree in Education.  He dedicated many years to teaching within the Pittsburgh Public School system as a Math Teacher.  He went on to having children of his own.  Harvey transitioned on April 10, 2023.  He leaves to cherish his memory his children, grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.

Services will be held at West Funeral Home on Saturday, April 22, 2023       Visitation: 10am-11am     Service: 11am

Interment: Allegheny Cemetery
