Howard Donald Cooper was born on July 1, 1934 in Beaver Falls, PA to his parents John Cooper and Elouise Cooper. Howard attended the Connelley Trade School, where he graduated with his High School Diploma. He later got married to his wife, Cynthia Cooper.

For twenty years, Howard was employed at Hussy Copper as the Union Vice President. He was also a 32nd degree Mason. Throughout his journey, Howard engaged in different hobbies such as playing pool, bingo, cards, and outings at the casino.

Those who know Howard will for sure remember him as funny, thoughtful, caring, loving and very smart.

He is preceded in death by his wife: Cynthia Cooper.

Howard Cooper leaves to cherish his memory his daughter: Louise Cooper; grandchildren; devoted friends: Adrienne McCoy and Anthony McCoy; and a host of family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at West Funeral Home; Viewing: Thursday, October 23, 2025 6pm - 8pm; Service: Friday, October 24, 2025 at 11am; Interment: Restland Memorial Parks.
