Hugh P. Blackman transitioned to eternal rest on September 23, 2022 at age 94. He leaves behind to cherish his memories his wife: Murry M. Blackman; sons: Hugh P. Blackman, Jr (Hazel), and Keith Blackman (Tammie); Daughter: Stacey Muhammad (Aamir); and a host of family and friends too numerous to mention.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 30th 4pm to 8pm at West Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 1st at 1pm at the Holy Cross Episcopal Church, 7507 Kelly St., Pittsburgh, PA 15208. Interment will be private.
