Jessie F. Richardson was born August 4, 1944 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the late George and Fanny Craig Foster.  She was the third oldest of four children.  Jessie was united in marriage on December 25, to the late James Richardson.  She attended Westinghouse School in Homewood Pa. and she had a passion for nursing.  She loved taking care of people so much that she retired twice as a RN, first from the VA hospital than from Ingalls hospital.  Jessie also loved to travel listening to Arthur Prysock it did not matter how long the ride was she listened for hours until she reached her destination.  She also loved sewing, playing spades with her brothers and husband.  Jessie lived a vibrant life filled with love, kindness and joy.  She touched many hearts and will be deeply missed.
